The Big Noise are a fantastic organisation set up in Stirling to bring music to children in an orchestral setting.  This has been modelled on the Venezualan project which was set up in the 1970's and enjoyed great success since, turning out many confident able individuals - (and a few professional musicians!) www.makeabignoise.org.uk
